Service Update due to Covid-19

These last few months have been a challenge for all of us as we adjust to a new way of doing things to keep ourselves, our clients and patients safe and healthy.

In light of the increasing cases of Covid 19 we will continue to offer curbside care to our clients and patients. We will continue this method of care for the foreseeable future to try to keep our entire staff healthy so that we can see all the patients that need care.  Rest assured, your pets are still getting the snuggles and treats just as much as when you are with us.

Please call us at 651-345-2013 when you arrive at the clinic to let us know you have arrived.  We will talk with you about what your pet’s visit today entails.  Then, when we are ready for your pet’s appointment, a staff member will be out to bring them into the clinic. During the visit the doctor will either call you or step outside to talk in person.

Please respect our desire to stay healthy and wear a mask when interacting with our staff.

Please have your pet outside of your vehicle when a staff member approaches. We ask that cats and small dogs are in a carrier, and dogs be on a leash with a secure collar or harness so your pet can safely be brought into the clinic.

For those clients that enter the building we ask that you wear a proper fitting mask that covers your nose and mouth.

If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone that has tested positive for Covid 19, please do not enter the building.  We will be happy to take care of your needs curbside.

For medications, foods etc., please call ahead and we will continue to deliver those curbside for you.

Thank you so much for your support, patience, and kindness as we continue to care for your pets during these unique times.
